Qihong's Wuhan factory was greatly affected by the epidemic, but there were still employees who stayed behind during the Spring Festival. The Wuhan factory officially resumed work on March 11, and the current personnel are basically in place. The Wuhan plant is a new plant where Qihong invested NT$5 billion in 19 years. The production of its mobile phone liquid cooling products is steadily recovering.
According to data released by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, from January to February 2020, a total of 7.845 million 5G mobile phones were shipped in the domestic market, accounting for more than 35% of smartphone shipments for two consecutive months. In 2020, the industry believes that 5G models such as Snapdragon 865, 765G, Exynos 980, Kirin 990, 820 and other 5G models will not change their expectations of adopting liquid cooling products. Benefiting from brands such as Huawei and Samsung, they will increase the launch of 5G mobile phones to save the market. Liquid cooling is entering a new round of harvest.
